Brief Description: Inactive Owner. Failed to make any changes to their ESPN lineup all year, making their ESPN roster ineligible. Signed Omri Casppi to a contract in UFA, never added to ESPN. Failure to respond to all league correspondence regarding rule violations.


I. Violartion: Failure to make any changes to their ESPN roster all season long.


League Infraction: Tanking Violation

Rule



In regard to tanking, intentionally and continuously leaving your active players on the bench is not allowed. This is a paid league. Though it’s your money to waste, don't ruin the league dynamic. This is a Dynasty league, so you have to think about the future of your team as well as the league.



If it is found that a player has gone an extended period of time (min 2 weeks) without setting their lineup, with no response to warning messaging, the owner can face penalties up to removal and replacement at the discretion of the commissioner.

In addition, all the owners are expected to:



• Check in to the league page regularly

.

• Vote on the activity checks.



• Reply to meaningful PM’s from other owners

.

• Make sure to set up their team on ESPN and not purposely leaving out players who are playing (i.e no tanking)

.

• Maintain your team's personal thread

.

• Adhere to league rules.



II. Violation: Signed Omri Casspi in UFA back in October and never added them to their ESPN roster


League Infraction: ESPN Lineup Management Violation

Rule



This IS a very important task. You must set your lineup on ESPN daily. Rosters can be set a week in advance. Be aware that players sit regularly through the season, so daily management, if possible, is encouraged.



13+2+1 Players on Each Roster



Every team is allowed 13 active players, 2 transitional players (D League) and 1 player on IR (Injured Reserve). Please note that international players do not count in this limit.



• The salary amount for any player placed on IR will count towards the teams salary cap



The minimum number of players a team can have is 11 active players. Failure to maintain roster requirements could result in penalties up to removal if the problem persist.

Roster has been ineligible all season due to having only 10 players.  Has players that belong to other owners on their ESPN roster. Failure to respond to all league correspondence regarding rule violations. 



I. Offense: Failure to make any changes to their ESPN lineup since week 8 (5 Weeks).

II. Offense: Suns currently have 2 players on their ESPN roster and have been receiving points from that are not signed to their team. (Dwight Powell, Wesley Iwundu)
